Do you have local pickup?
Yes, please allow 2 business days to process orders. Pick up hours are between 10am-3pm Tuesdays- Fridays (Central Standard Time)
Do you ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Why is my order delayed?
During this unusual time, please allow 2 business days to process orders. Delivery may be delayed due to COVID 19; we are taking extra measures to keep everybody safe. If you have any concerns about delivery timing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS Flat Rate shipping. Free USPS Flat Rate shipping on orders over $50.
Return & Refund Policy:
Thanks for shopping at J Marie Homemade Essentials LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date that it was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus shipping cost. You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the amount of the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
